Description
Sidhya® Pro Cure 150 (WB) is a ready to use liquid curing compound applied on concrete structures to form a thin film barrier. The product prevents water loss in concrete due to heat of hydration and hence prevents shrinkage cracks and ensures achievement of design strength of concrete. Sidhya® Pro Cure 150 (WB) eliminates the need for water curing for major infrastructure projects like highways, runways, roof decks and precast concrete applications.
Applications
Sidhya® Pro Cure 150 (WB) is a solvent free wax based curing compound which promotes cement hydration. The product is white lump free liquid improves the light reflectance of concrete and hence can be used for the below applications:
- Construction of highways.
- Construction of runways and taxiways.
- Precast concrete elements such as tunnel segments, bridge girders and culverts etc.
- Decorative precast elements as it does not change color of elements.
- Construction of mass warehouse flooring.
- Construction of roof decks and bridge slab decks.
Mixing
Sidhya® Pro Cure 150 (WB) should be sprayed on precast concrete segments. The concrete substrate should be free from water, oil and stains. Application should be made with low pressure sprayer uniformly or using brush/roller application on concrete surface. Rate of application can vary from 125 – 250 g/m2 of concrete surface depending on wind, humidity and temperature.

Dosage
The recommended dosage of Sidhya® Pro Cure 150 (WB) should be between 125 – 250 grams
per Square meter. The optimum dosage of the Sidhya® Pro Cure 150 (WB) should be
determined by preliminary trials at site. The product can be used both Spray and rolling
method. However homogenous application can be achieved via spraying.
The dosages above recommendations can be used if agreed by the client and consultant for
special applications along with consultation of Sidhya® technical team.
Compatibility
Sidhya® Pro Cure 150 (WB) is compatible with all types of cement and binders such as GGBS, Ultra Fine GGBS, Micro silica, Fly ash and Metakaolin in the substrate base. Sidhya® Pro Cure 150 (WB) when spraying along the substrate concrete should be free from dust, water, oil and stains.

Sidhya® Pro Cure 150 (WB) conforms to the requirements of ASTM C 309-89 Type 2 Class A
Storage
Sidhya® Pro Cure 150 (WB) has a shell life of 12 months provided the temperature is kept between +1.00C to +50.00C. Please contact Sidhya® technical team if the product falls outside the temperature range.
